Co-Founder and Initiator

Prianka is currently working as a Digital Analyst at a boutique marketing agency in New York, USA. She graduated with honors in Mathematics from Bryn Mawr College, USA. During her time in  Bangladesh, she worked with multiple organizations. In her free time, she likes to read books and look at cat pictures. Prianka works on business development, marketing, and partnerships. She brings in her expertise in digital marketing. Her experiences with data and analytics also help YOUNIFI quantify its performance.

Tasnim Mustaque

Co-Founder

Tasnim is a graduate in Economics from New York University and has extensive experience private sector driven international development through his work with iDE (International Development Enterprises), DAI (Development Alternatives Incorporated), and the USAID. Tasnim works on product management, business development, marketing, and user acquisition.

Kamrul Hossain Shuvo

Co-Founder

Shuvo is currently an Associate Director at Dnet, and has extensive experience in the development sector through his work with BRAC, UNDP, and Oxfam. Shuvo looks after partnerships, operations, and business development.

Munzurul Hasan

Co-Founder

He is currently working at Metakave as the Head of Marketing. He has been involved in a lot of ventures in Bangladesh and is very passionate about working with street children. Hasan takes care of web development management and oversees all technical aspects of YOUNIFI’s platform.

Nusrat Noshin

Head of Finance & Marketing Manager

Nusrat is completing her Bachelor’s from BRAC University in Finance and E-Business. She is currently working as a creative associate at a marketing agency. She is the Head of Finance and a Marketing Manager at YOUNIFI. When she is not fulfilling her outlandish notions, Nusrat daydreams of a utopia with no patriarchy and lots of cheese.

Samiha Chowdhury

Business Development Executive

Samiha is a graduate from the Aga Khan School Dhaka.  She is currently a student at the Institute of Business Administration, Dhaka University. She is an intern with the organization Project Be and works as a Business Development Executive at YOUNIFI, carrying out market research and writing on the YOUNIFI blog. In her free time, she likes surfing the internet for memes and contemplating the meaningless of existence.
